This Company Jack's Tool Shed, is at the top of my list. Prompt shipment, and I had a problem with the power cube to charge the battery for the 2 in 18V Cordless Hedge Trimmer & Grass Shear and wrote a email back with a complaint and I got a reply back that the item will be sent within a day, and I didn't have to return the broken power cube back. Thanks to the folks at Jack's Tool Shed. The Item works great and I will give them a Five Star Rating and will be back if I need anything else from those nice folks. Best Wishes and Happy Holidays

Plenty of power but no spare battery pack available from this seller! That means that when this battery eventually goes south....so does the whole unit! Other than that, seems well made - we shall see this spring!
