Knowing the limitations of a small trimmer, I find the Sun Joe TRJ600C adequate for my needs. My small yard is a rocky area full of weeds, and the Sun Joe cuts all the weeds down just fine, even the woodier ones. I have used the Sun Joe twice for 20 minutes each time and the initial battery charge has not yet run down. I do not want the hassle of an extension cord and the yard is way too small to justify a gas trimmer (along with its aggravations).

For my purposes the Sun Joe does a decent job and meets my needs perfectly. I appreciate using a cordless tool that is lightweight and easy to maneuver. My satisfaction with the trimmer is relative to the price paid, about 3/4 list at Amazon. I can't speak to longevity of the device, but as of now, I would purchase again if I could get it at the reduced price. I recommend the Sun Joe TRJ600C for townhouse sized yards or beds.
